Integra Tire and Auto Centre

First, I live in Surrey. I was stuck in 100 Mile on October 24 with a hole in my tire. Integra was the only place that had a tire to sell me. Not shockingly, they took advantage of the situation and charged me $315 for ONE tire. Back home I could have got ONE tire for $130, from Canadian Tire however I would have had to wait 7 days for it to be shipped to 100 Mile. That wasn’t an option, so Integra replaced my one tire. I go back home and only by accident do I notice my spare tire is not back where it’s suppose to be. Integra forgot to put it back. I try and contact them but their phone line is always busy saying “the costumer you’ve dialled is unavailable, try your call again” In 2 days I tried calling their number 54 times and unable to get through. So I message them on Facebook. They read it the same day but no reply. 2 days later I ask them when will they reply to me, and the response I got was “we looked your tire isn’t here” on November 7 I ask someone to call me so I can speak in person because I can not get through and no one called me. On November 11 my mother made a comment on Integras local rant and rave group and then and only then did they call her! This person told her they would deliver my tire back to me. On November 15 that lady called me to confirm my address and said they are shipping it. Today November 21 I receive the tire and guess what ITS NOT MY TIRE and too big to fit into my spare tire space under the back of the car!!! How do I know this is not my tire, first it’s not the right size, secondly it has yellow speed limit stickers on it and my spare did not. So I know 100% this is not my tire. It’s now been 4 weeks and I am still without a spare tire if there is an emergency and I need the spare again. I am extremely disappointed in Integra. I’m also extremely frustrated with the way this was all handled, from the massive over charge on one tire, to the mistake of the technician not putting back my spare to not communicating with me when I tried my hardest to get ahold of them to rectify the situation, to now sending me the WRONG tire and I am still without my emergency spare tire. I will never do business with this company again and you should think twice before going to them as well. This has been a 4 week long headache that doesn’t have any end in sight. Let’s all just hope I don’t have a true emergency, if I do I’ll be sending Integra my tow truck bill since I don’t have a spare still. Also who’s spare tire do I have and they are now without a spare? How many more mistakes are going to be made by this company!?

Nice mechs, quick and friendly. We thought our vehicle might loose a wheel and they took a look and we are safely on our way home :.

On our way North part of our exhaust system broke free as we were coming up on 100 Mile house. They got us in a bay in under 2 hours and had the repair made in 15 min. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing customer service. Bought and installed our winter tires on my new vehicle. They also fixed a flat and helped me put windshield wipers on my vehicle and wouldn't accept a dime. They have my family's business from here on in.
