I delt with Robin and she was great. Unfortunately Robin forgot to fill out a form that lead to alot of tension between me and the dealership. I took time off work to pick up the car, which then I wasn't able to. This also means i have to pay for insurance that I'm unable to use, and unable to be compensated for. I would let this slide but if I made a mistake an insurance company would charge a fee or slash my credit score. Update - They told me to call my bank to change my insurance options on the vehicle I financed. I spent two hours on the phone with them to find out it has nothing to do with my bank. These people make things so complicated even their employees don't know what they're talking about.

Difficulty getting call backs.

My Visa card was used for monthly insurance on our car and home .It got scammed and had to be replaced .I phoned my Insurance company but had problems getting through to give them the new number.Fortunately Broker Link intervened and found out that the insurance company had not received the new number and supplied it so that we maintained our coverage . Forever grateful to BrokerLink.

Do not use this insurance agency! I received a new policy from this company and at absolutely no fault of my own the policy had doubled in price I was unable to keep my pleasure vehicle due to this and sold that vehicle due to this. They refused to escalate the increase and I had to inquire for weeks on my own and then I ended up selling and cancelling. They told me it would take months for my refund over and over after waiting 3 to 4 months for my return check on my fully paid insurance the broker kept telling me it would be in the mail. After finally escalating it I was told that my policy policy o my gave a refund I’d less than 75 days I had cancelled at 80 but was never given this information. I asked they escalate due to it never being in my policy and they refused to help. I had to deal with an ombudsman myself for 6 months and finally was refunded without their help as the insurance company found them at fault. The whole fault was their own but they spent 0 time helping which is their whole job and why they get commission. Horrible Broker go elsewhere

Kelly Douglas from the barrie office has been my agent for years! She has been amazing! Any time I have a question or need to make a change she is there. She is kind, detailed and always there to make sure my needs are met. She explains things well and is always looking out for my best interest. Exceptional service.

Worst broker ever. I tried for 4 weeks to get a hold with Teresa Serre or her manager Ana Maria, called them many times, left voicemails, nobody checks them out. I had to email Terry and she still did not get it. I just needed the slip re-send by email and address change, I do this all the time with other brokers or insurance companies, it's not that hard but these guys managed to make it super not cool, TERRIBLE, run away from them. I can't wait to cancel and move out from them
