I don't know if I was just lucky with the staff who have helped me or what, because I don't understand all the 1 star reviews. I've been insuring my vehicles here for the last 3 or 4 years, and every time I've been here I've been helped promptly and politely.

The lady was really rude and unhelpful. Just go to BCAA next door if you need anything.

Unbelievably rude, offensive and worst of all completely unhelpful. I understand people have bad days, but this office is not a safe place. I felt as of I was under theat of having security being called for trying to ask questions. Places like this should be boycotted. Shameful.
