Very rude & disrespectful... I got audited from IRS because they didn't have my return on file. I called them to get a copy of it. Justine said she couldn't help me because they were under a differnent name at the time and since they're no longer under that name she couldn't help me! I'm like this can't be happening. I told her it doesn't matter if a company changes its name. Paperwork and a paper trail will always bw sufficient just in case they get audited...smh VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
