Great service! The place is super clean and fun with arcade games on the table and photo spots. I really appreciate the workers who put their effort into making all our smoothie bowls look beautiful! There's lots of interesting items on the menu too and the prices are fair. You can fill your smoothie bowl with as many toppings as your like!

Smoothie bowls! $9.97 for a custom bowl. Choose your fruit base can mix different fruits and unlimited toppings! The have fruit, nuts, chocolate, and even those jellies in bubble tea! Oh and popping boba too. I got this piece of white chocolate with orange food colouring that was shaped like a fish tail. They also put this bonus butterfly wafer in the whipped cream. My bowl was so pretty and so tasty. Staff were super nice, friendly and patient. I love this place. Definitely recommend!

As the name suggests, they are known for their bowls and I must say, they are quite good and the portions are ample. Their rainbow sandwich looks funky to say the least and tasks like any other cheese sandwich. The corn with Cheetos was great! Spicy and sweet all in a bowl while making it healthy! On a separate note, they have funky store! They have a a couple of photo booth sorta set up and retro games built into the seating area! On the downside, they have a long wait time! It took me 30 mins to get 3 items which I believe is quite slow! It might just be because I visited here during their store opening hours. Would update my review with my experience on my second visit.

There’s a lot of hype around Insta Bolz however, the bowls aren’t actually good. The toppings are nice touch but the smoothie part is quite boring and the oats are really hard. Staff are good and the environment is really exciting. Was just disappointed by the smoothie bowls. I appreciate the response to the review! I wish one of the staff would have helped me with suggestions and explained how to make the bowl.

Healthy, Colorful & Delicious smoothie bowls. These are bowls half filled with a veg or fruit smoothie of your choice which is then topped with tons of toppings from various fruits, berries, veg, chicpeas, nuts, coconut, oats...what not!!! And then, you can top it off with whipped cream, caramel & many other options. We tried the "Fire" smoothie and topped it with almost everything. Loved it so much that we came back again and tried Royalty & Hungover and loved them even more. The vibe inside the store is cool & the staff is really nice. It really takes some doing for preparing a bowl as you can really go crazy with the toppings. But the staff is really patient with any customizations. Waiting for them to open a branch in Toronto.

A treasure! Such a welcome addition to the Ottawa scene. As a foodie, I get so excited seeing innovative and fun ideas come to our city. The food is absolutely delicious and there’s honestly a little something for everyone of all ages. They often offer new menu items, and even their original bowls are all customizable, so I can get something new every time I go!! Gotta love this place

This is an amazing place! Absolutely recommanding it. The smoothie are amazing, best in sandy hill! They have also snacks that are impossible to find anywhere else. By example they have the meta moon flavor of prime hydration drink! Sadly they didn't have orange but i hope they get the strawberry-watermelon flavor soon. Over all, it's amazing!

It was my first time trying it with my coworker today and we loved it!! The lady there today in the afternoon totally forgot to ask her name was super sweet and friendly aswell as the owner or the manager that was with her! They were very helpful in recommending flavours!! I definitely recommend trying this out :

Another Ottawa favourite. This place is so cool, so insta worthy , but not only that…. their bowls and smoothies are beyond this world. My favourite thing to get is the chamoyada, so refreshing, but so tasty . Everything that I have tried from this place I fall in love, fresh, delicious and very fair pricing. Not to be dramatic but I could live off this place for the rest of my life hahaha. A must visit!!!
