Where to start... I waited a month and a half before I got a return call so that they could come back to my house to re-evaluate after the work..nI was supposed to have my file within 3 days following my inspection. After 3 and a half weeks I called back and my file was not processed yet to have my report it was forgotten between 2 files..nEspecially to have a return call allow 24 to 48 hours
They take the time to explain the program well and above all they offer outstanding support!!!
Precision work. Courteous and very professional. Quick response for appointments followed by a complete report on the energy performance of the house. Well done...
Very bad service. Does not take the time to respond and does not take the files seriously.
