I’ve received overcooked cookies before and the app ALWAYS makes my life a struggle, but we live off campus and the cookies are usually warm and delivered within 30 minutes. It’s not always perfect, but the employees are mostly students working until 3 am trying to make a buck and they make an effort. And just for that: 5 Stars.
Love their cookies, also they're open till like 3 which is great if you want food in the middle of the night.
It is criminal how good the cookies are at Insomnia. At a fair price too, and they have unique rotating flavors. A couple of times they have been out of the flavors that we were looking for, but that is expected from a place like this on such a large college campus. I would have gotten fat from cookies if we had lived any closer.
I was cussed at by a delivery driver who tried to make me take someone elses delivery. Can't believe the complete lack of respect and customer service from this company. Certainly will not recommend ever again.
Best damn cookies out there!!!
While their cookies are delicious, their customer service leaves a sour taste in your mouth. While ordering, the cashier was quite snappy, unhelpful, and demeaning. It was my first and last time going there.
