Went in to get info and supplies for a new spa. He came off as helpful for the most part and didn't try to upsell when we were there. I took the manual in with me to help find the parts that we need. The sales person confidently recommended a few products starting with spa purge. He said to use the whole bottle and let it run for 12 hours. I came back in fifteen minutes and there was foam everywhere. And I mean everywhere, check the photo. Bottom line is he either didn't know what he was talking about or set me up for failure. Either way that's pretty awful. In hindsight I can see he was probably trolling me. He took a phone call in mid sentence talking to me and then left me waiting for a little while. I thought he was multi tasking and can respect that, but he just didn't care to help me. The other guy in the store appeared to be doing nothing the entire 30 minutes we were there.

Purchased a Sundance Chelsea from here... Actually had a problem with a defective seal in circ pump (manufacturer issue)... Had the pump changed out twice. Everyone I spoke with was kind courteous helpful and knowledgeable of my equipment. Quick response time on the repair.... VERY SATISFIED !!! I would definitely recommend this store for your future purchases.
