Hands down the best bike shop in northern Indiana. Their customer service and knowledge of bikes is better than any shops in the area. They have very reasonable prices and won't overcharge you like other shops do. I only take my bikes to INRUSH now and don't trust any other shop around

Anybody who walks through their door is treated like family. I cannot believe the level of service these people provide with just two people running the store. They greet you when you walk in and are not overbearing, yet are more than helpful when you have a question. This is how a bike shop should be run. All I really needed when I came in today was a simple bike pump yet I left with a huge first impression of their level of commitment to the consumer.Even as a person who used to work at one of their biggest competitors, I feel that this business is The best bike shop in Fort Wayne. However, and above all else, The owners are just really really good people who are honest and sincere.

I was in town visiting and needed new tires-they got me in right away and took good care of me. HIGHLY recommend using them for any/all of your bicycle needs! Great people!
