WoW!   I made an honest mistake trying to pay a bill out of the wrong account (the savings and checking account numbers only have a 2 digit difference), but they refused to refund the $40 fee after having been a customer for several years now.  They also ended their interest rate program rather abruptly.  Worst credit union ever.  Would have been treated better at Bank of America and I think they are pretty evil.
