Had an amazing experience here. Mike who helped me was fantastic he was so knowledgeable and helpful it was my first time visiting and I was confused and had some questions and felt very taken care of! Amazing customer service skills would recommend people to come thank you coty of toronto and Mike for the amazing service.
I am in front of the exit door in this location right now, we are two people in my truck, 20 minutes ago, when we came here, our car weight was 4415.00 kg now after dump the garbage they charged me 100 kg more, they printed the recipe for 4515.00 kg. I came back to the operator, and he asked me a proof picture. He says maybe I was out of the car when I saw the digital board I am not 100 kg, I am just 85 kg, anyway they charged me $18.00 more.nWhen i went on the scale, my friend and I were talking about the weight of the garbage in our truck, we guessed about the weight, that's why both of us saw the bord before coming in.nEveryone take a picture from the board first, if you have to come to this location.
Be prepared to leave a deposit usually a minimum of $40 based on your weight and pay a minimum of $18 to get rid of up to 100kg of garbage. People on the site are awesome, more than I expected of a city-run dump. Just make sure you come in the right gate and listen to the staff at the scales and DON'T GO THROUGH THE RED LIGHTS!
Poor management. Make sure not to mention anything to “Kayla” blonde in the office. She’s very sensitive to jokes. Always in a bad mood as well. Must be hard work sitting in an office all day
