Infinity Dental St. Albert

I normally hate going to the dentist so I decided to try a new one out & Dr. Aujla was so understanding & patient with me. Explaining in detail treatment plans for all of my concerns. The staff even went above and beyond, very professional and informative. It's obviously a new gorgeous clinic and well maintained. Highly recommend. They even helped me with figuring out coverage under my insurance

Staff was very helpful, from explaining exactly what my insurance covered when I came in to keeping me informed every step of the way with what they were doing, made me feel confident in their work and relaxed.

They constantly call me and harass me to get the chip in my tooth fixed. Its a very expensive procedure that I can not afford and they don't seem to understand that.

Went to Infinity Dental with a client and was thoroughly disgusted. We waited for an hour and got one x-ray completed. Once going into the dentist office there was a dead mouse on the ground... A DEAD MOUSE!!!!!! My client was not comfortable finishing the appointment and we decided to leave. They told us they would cover costs of the x-ray. Today my client has another appointment at new office and they sent out a pre- authorised request causing problems with billing here. The lady was very rude speaking while speakinh with her on the phone and treated the receptionist at the new dental office very poorly. I am so disgusted and would not want anyone to go here especially with mouse in there clinic!

Dr. Farhangfar is an awesome dentist! He takes his time with every patient to ensure they receive top notch work.
