We are a home furnishing store in the South Granville shopping district at Granville & 7th Ave,

Industrial Revolution was born in 1981 as a family-owned business providing innovative storage solutions and a passionate belief that the ever-growing condo community needed furniture with multiple functions. Fast forward to today and the original founder, Alan Wilson, continues to drive his store by taking a solution based approach to retail, while making it his personal mission to provide products based on a “Good Design, Better Quality, Best Price” formula.

I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that you guys do a really good job. Everyone at Industrial Revolution was so friendly and helpful on the phone and via email. The table is AMAZING! I am so pleased with my purchase and enjoying the table as I have received many compliments from my friends and family about the look and craftsmanship of the table. We had visited Industrial Revolution several times to try to find patio furniture. Finally, we found something we liked in the Emu catalog, which the store carries. Sylvia was wonderful in helping us find our patio dining chairs. We needed six chairs which is less than their minimum order from the manufacturer... long story short, she was able to get it organized. Delivery was on time. The chairs are just what we wanted.

Industrial Revolution sells the most comfortable sofa beds (made in the USA) you could ever find. They are well worth the price... if you're furnishing a small studio you could even sleep on them every night. Delivery people were very good, even gave me a time window so I didn't have to stay home all day waiting. If you have radiant heating, make sure you buy one of the longer leg models.

Went in to buy some outdoor chairs. Asked saleswoman if it was possible to get a discount if I bought 4. She checked with manager who offered $2 (yes two dollars) off each chair (from $189 to $187). I told him that was just an insult and left. Mostly I felt sorry for the saleswoman who missed out on the commission because her boss is a jerk. I actually would have bought the chairs at full price if he had said no. But the $2 offer was a great big "f you".
