Couldn’t have been happier to have had the opportunity to get a car loan from this company. Prior to my divorce/ bankruptcy I had 800+ credit and then had to start from scratch. As a self employed contractor it is hard getting loans entirely...nevermind with awful credit. I was thankful this company was willing to work with me. I enrolled in automatic monthly payments and never had an issue. I just contacted them for the first time in almost two years to pay my loan off early and they were professional and friendly. Thank you again.

Absolutely ridiculous company! They called me 4x, emailed me 3x, and called everyone on my "reference list" twice--in the span of about 3 hours--all due to their own incompetence. I am a new customer and have had the same auto insurance active for 5+ years. Apparently, according to their "system" I have no active auto insurance policy despite me giving them all the info. They didn't believe me so I had to do a 3-way phone call with my insurance company and have my them send the proper documents over THREE TIMES!!! Then they tried to say my license wasn't active--my license has NEVER been suspended for any reason so this was absurd. Then they tried to say I was late on my first payment even though it wasn't due for ANOTHER TWO WEEKS!!!! Then, this month, they did it ALL OVER AGAIN! I submitted my payment on the 15th of the month--a full two weeks early--and they called me 4x, emailed me 3x, and called everyone on my "reference list" twice. I can't accept calls at work--my phone is completely turned off. I still had the email saying I made the payment but she continued to argue with me. I absolutely hate this company and I'm only 3 payments in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS!

Worse company ever! They hound you, they have a finance person named Deloris who is incapable of dealing with people. Du yourself a huge favor and stay away from this company

Worse Bank I ever worked with, horrible costumer service, attendants super rude, I spoke to Arlene at ext 113 and she just made my day measurable. Hope I can get my vehicle refinanced as soon as possible to not have to deal with them ever again!
