Horrible service. I’ve tried almost every hairdresser at this place just to give them all a chance and also because I live near by, but honestly they are all bad. They mess it up all the time. They can’t layer hair properly , they can’t do hair dye either, I mean I question the qualifications for hiring ! The worst was last week, I don’t remember her name but she looked maroccan lady, she was very rude and very aggressive with my hair, brushing really hard and pulling on it. My hair was smooth so there was no need to be aggressive like that, she looked like she was in a hurry also. She sprayed my hair and was not carefull and got all the water on my face, she had to give me towel, then the worst happened, she poked my eye with her long fingernails. I almost lost it, it hurt so bad, my eye was red and crying on its own, she apologized but I told her many time to calm down and be gentle. I left Zero tip of course, but the experience was bad enough for me to stop going there and write a review. I would not recommend, save yourself and go somewhere else.

I had very bad experience, very expensive just for trim they charged 40$and the hair dresser doesn't even spray water on hair and she did the hair cut. She don't know how to cut. At the end the lady was asking for tip I don't recommend...

Usually go to one haircut lady, but they are good. Even for my wife's hairdye was a great job. Thanks

The hairdressers who worked on my friend and I did not know what they were doing....... when they constantly kept asking each other what the other one was doing and how to do it we asked if they have done balayage before to which they answered with not so confident “yes”... It was the most money we ever spent at a hair salon and one of the hair dressers wasted so much product by dropping it on the floor but still charged my friend.... our hair did not come out the way we wanted it to and now our hair is completely fried and dead and gross.. my hair is showing roots when it never used to before because of the way a balayage is supposed to be done. We each spent 400$ and it was not worth it. Do not go here if you want anything to do with being blonde! Sorry for the comment we just needed to get it out!

Staff was friendly and the place looked nice and clean but the haircut is awful. I will have to wear my hair tied until it grows back and can get it fixed up. I asked for an inch cut off and ended with three inches cut off my lenght. I can see every cisor cut in the layering of my hair. The cut is uneven and the layering looks awful. It is the worst haircut I have ever had. Won’t be going there again.

Cathy is hard working, devoted and extremely efficient. Her Art surpasses her Salary because there is no hair she cannot Style or Cut...

Great service. Always able to fit you into the schedule even at the last minute.
