Terrible experience here. I went yesterday to get my hair dyed- my natural color at the roots and a refresh of my redish-purple at the ends. The hairdresser did the complete opposite of what I asked: she dyed my roots redish-purple and my ends black. Im shocked at the total lack of professionalism. My hair is a mess, there are random patches of black. It does not look professionally done. Avoid at all costs!!!

The hair wash is amazing. They are open on sundays which is a plus and the staff is super friendly. Only con is that the brushing ended up being 63$+ tip, which felt like much... Usually, at this price, I can get a haircut and brushing. But given that they have to pay car4 rent I get it..

Just had my colour, highlights and cut/set by Tania. The best ever. I’m in love with my new look. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Industria for a few years now and I absolutely love the place due to Alexandra. She goes above and beyond to ensure you leave the salon with a smile on your face. Over the years, she helped me with hairstyles that enabled me to grow out of my bleached hair and back to my natural locks. She also did my bridal hair and I loved it! Thank you, Alex!

So got to my Saturday morning 10:00 am appointment only to find out hairdresser is a no show! Not cool! Literally one hairdresser on sight on a Saturday in a mall…lesson learned always check reviews and clearly not worth it!

I had such an amazing experience with Lara! Right from the start she made me feel comfortable and heard. She knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered! She is a dedicated and fiery creative, with an open mind and a kind soul. I’m thrilled with my new haircut and will most definitely be returning to see Lara for anything hair-related in the future!

I've been seeing Tania at Industria for over 7 years now and I would never let anyone touch my hair before her! As soon as you walk into the salon, you're greeted warmly by all the hairstylists and receptionist. The service from A to Z is impeccable and it truly feels like a mini vacation when I go to get my hair done. I always walk out with a big smile on my face and the confidence of a Hollywood star! Could not recommend Tania or this place more, don't waste your time, call and book!!

Moe cut my hair yesterday... He was super nice and he showed me a new way to blowdry my hair I just loved the result. Thanks for the great service. My friend was also there at the same time and we chatted with her stylist Alexandra for a while she is so sweet and funny and my friends hair looked amazing. We will both be back for sure. I highly recommend! Industria is filled of talented hair stylists, I see Tania and have never left unsatisfied. From amazing cuts to blowouts, she works magic. A must-go if you're in dyer need of a change and constance! We all know hair is everything!
