Indigo

This is an awesome Indigo. Way bigger than what you would think by just walking by in the mall (Eaton Centre). It has an elevator inside the store for accessibility, as well as an escalator up and stairs. The three staff members I encountered were very helpful. They also have a huge inventory including a large children's section.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots to see from books to technology to children's toys to household items. Clean and usually better organised than most bookstores in the area. Starbucks on the upper level and easy access from two floors of the Eaton Centre. Highly recommended!

This place, as would be expected this time of year, is a zoo! I came in looking for 2 very specific things (a copper wire head scratcher and a toque with monkeys on it) and found Ryan right away. He lead me (not pointed or saying “it’s over there”, but took me directly to the area, only not to find it. Ryan then took me to the next station he believed it would be and we found it. Alas, no monkey toques (next year, Indigo!) The line ups moved with incredible efficiency and I was directed to Lara at the end cash, who met my eye from across the line, waved and smiled to guide me over. Fantastic customer service during a time when others fall prey to the pressures of the holidays. Very well done!! 👏 👏 👏

Supersized central staircase, a whole lego section, board games, books, school supplies, and a wide range of miscellaneous items that can be perfect as gifts. Came here during the last minute Christmas rush and staff were smiling, enthusiastic and welcoming. The checkout line filled the whole store however it moved very fast and i got to a cashier in no time.

Fabulous Indigo, I love that they have a Starbucks in this location. The only downside I feel about this store is that it can be incredibly busy on the weekend, absolutely maxed out. But, it's still a great store! (no wonder it is so packed sometimes!)
