This store is beautiful and it has a starbucks inside. I really enjoyed buying very cheap and high quality physics books. But the best was the help and the service of Miss Nour at the cashier. She was kind and welcoming.

This store has a very forbidding exterior with all the windows covered over. Once you enter though, the inside is open and welcoming, with exceptionally helpful staff. Only half the store is for those who want to browse and explore books and chat about them at a Starbucks though, the rest is a mishmash of incoherent offerings.
I remember when Indigo sold books only! It was a great outing on a Sunday afternoon to browse backlists of favourite authors and buy... alas, the book section keeps shrinking, but to balance it out, they have added a small high-end craft section, and the journal selection is great. It's still a fun outing, just less buying...
