Nice and clean, has places to sit and read, browse, good collection. It is pleasant to walk into a book store a rarity these days. I guess we should support these businesses. It is a way of relaxation, and good for mental health to get out and meet people in a nice environment. There is a Starbuck inside.
It's a book store it always feels like magic going in there. It always well staffed with the friendliest people. They are always so helpful. There are some nice seating areas back again. I was able to find everything I needed to fulfill Christmas wish lists. Book stores are my happy place.
We always enjoy visiting Indigo. The kids section is such a sweet little space, and my daughter loves the ice cream toy they have set out. It makes our visits extra special and gives her something to look forward to while we browse.nnOne small suggestion would be to rotate a few different toys throughout the week. It would be such a neat touch to occasionally change it up or add another option for kids who pop in and want to play a little while their parents shop. With so many beautiful toys available in-store, it could be a lovely way to showcase a bit more variety.nnOverall, we’ve had really positive experiences and always appreciate how welcoming the children’s area feels.
One of the best locations across Ottawa. I've been visiting many locations lately due to a recent medical procedure where I find that I have the time away from work. So filling my days with a nice cup of tea, some good reading in a cosy welcoming environment is refreshing compaired to my four walls at home during these short cold days of winter. Lots of cosy little corners!
My experience as an author invited to host a book signing at this location was wonderful. It was my first event and the South Keys Indigo staff could not have been more supportive, helping to make that day and each of my subsequent book signings a big success. Special thanks to Shelley for her enthusiasm and guidance.
