The service was very good and the food was excellent. The server was knowledgeable at recommending items with different level of spice and heat. The naan bread basket is quite large enough for 4 people. A very enjoyable experience
Really nice place with friendly service and excellent food. We tried the lunch special for $19 which comes with 1 piece regular naan, rice, salad, and 2 different currys. Rotates every day of the week so we tried the beef curry and coconut chicken. The beef curry was good but the coconut one was fantastic. We asked for hot and it was actually spicy so definitely great if you like spicy food.nnFor the other dish we had the butter chicken with an order of garlic naan. Since that's not part of the lunch special it didn't come with either naan or rice but garlic naan is $4 so not a huge deal. The naan was really good and the butter chicken also delicious. Lots of meat and a good portion. For this one I asked for medium spice level just in case and it wasn't spicy at all so if you like it spicy go for hot level cause medium wasn't spicy. Will definitely stop here again when passing through Lloydminster.
I have been to Indian kitchen 3 times already. Always ordering what I know, which is the butter chicken and palak paneer with garlic naan and rice. Soo delicious!! However today when I went for lunch I asked their opinion on what I should order, wanting to try something new. The server was very helpful and encouraged me to try the mixed grill dish, so delicious! Next time I will take her advice and try yet another dish. She said it best, they have so much to offer, it is worth going out of your comfort zone. Thank you!
Wow what a find!!!! Passing through on our way to Edmonton and so happy we did! Food is so so so delicious!!!! Highly recommend the butter chicken and naan. 100% worth the stop!
I ordered the fish Tikka. The fish was very tender but very spicy. Hard to taste the fish for the heat. Dressing on the garden salad was delicious. Rice cooked perfectly. Also ordered was the Mango Chicken Curry. Also delicious but that is all you get. The Butter Naan was greasy but good.
