Would post 0 stars if I could solely based off of the customer service I received from a woman at the check in counter. We arrived at around 1:30 as a group of 5 people. The woman was very snippy and was not helpful at all. We were trying to find out what was the best way to accommodate us all and ended up taking a beat up raft and canoe because she stated that we would still be charged for an extra person on the raft if I wanted to rent a kayak. Mind you their prices were incredibly high. Also I'd like to mention that we were told that only 3 people could fit on a raft but saw 5 people on many of the same type of rafts. The other people I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful and the ride down the river was nice however I will never be coming back based off of the attitude and treatment we received from this specific employee and the price. Stay away from this place.

No wait for the shuttle or launch. I have used many river guides Indian Head is one of the best for treating a group well and making the day a memory not a hassle. We will be back again!

Rafting was pretty fun. It's a great trip to bring kids on and the water isn't too rough.

We had a wonderful time. As soon as we arrived the parking attendant was very polite and courteous. We came to find that the rest of the staff was as well. They were very helpful and accommodating all the way up to the launch point. However, the trip down the river was just spectacular! The eagles were amazing to see as well. I would highly recommend Indian Head Canoes and will be back for sure.
