Big. Good playground equipment. Lots of soccer fields. Concession stand. Ample parking.
Nice little dog park at the back. Usually very friendly people and dogs hang out here. One girl let her two big dogs attack my 13 pound elderly dog here. The other patrons help him get over the trauma though. Many good people and good dogs. Just watch out for the ONE person who can't control her dogs.
We went for a baseball tournament and it was brutal. It was 90 degrees out and there was no shade. PLANT SOME SHADE TREES BY THE BALL DIAMONDS!! This is just an average Wisconsin park. The diamonds had weeds growing in them despite having a big tournament. The playgrounds were a little small and out of date. The bathrooms were just OK. The batting cage was really nice. It is a really large park and there were also teams playing soccer here.
On the Bristol Harbor waterfront, usually the first real glimpse of the water when entering Bristol. Independence Park in the morning you find lots of dog walker, people exercising, or just sipping a cup of coffee. It's become a place to meet up on your way to dinner at Quito's or maybe lunch at the Beehive. It really is just a basically small but nice park to pass your time, and relax whiling taking in the water views/sunsets.
Love the park every time u go there somebody talks to u and my grandkids love playing there and u don't have to be afraid there
Nice park but it seems like everytime i take the kids there other children are mean and have bad language so we have to leave.
