I always support the local business while I go to the small town. But, I gave a rate 1 out of 5 to this business, because first of all, the restaurant was not clean. Actually, it was not like a restaurant. It was like a crypt. Secondly, the prices were too expensive. We ordered a Medium Sushi. The price listed in the paper menu was $41.99 but they charged us $46.99 which is more expensive than other Sushi places in GTA. Once I complained they said we have changed the prices. I asked them, it’s very easy to re-printer the price list. They said it costs a lot of money for us to change the menu’s price!!! It’s not true. If they print the new menu it will cost less than $40 for 500 papers. So, the last reason, they were not honest to the customers.
Best authentic sushi and fresh fish in the area. Great prices and amazing quality. We love coming here for lunch
Visited this restaurant for the first time with friends who had ordered take out from here before. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful when navigating the menu. Would definitely come here again and would recommend to others to tryFood: 5/5
Excellent little Japanese restaurant off of Highway 10, highly recommend!Food: 5/5
The sushi, teppanyaki, and cutlet are absolutely delicious. The portions and prices are fair. The cutlet is not dry but rather crispy and juicy, with a tonkatsu sauce on the side. The sushi is delicious, in particular the spicy crab. Also the Galbi is juicy and has the authentic grilled taste you don't get from other sushi restaurants. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the food at this restaurant and it's a great pit stop on your way up north.
I have never been to Japan, but I really felt like I was there! I had the bulgogi, which came on a Sizzler plate and tasted as good as it smelled! I also highly recommend the hot saké. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.Food: 5/5
My friend and I arrived a little close to closing time but they still let us sit and eat. The interior is incredible. Its all wooden booths and curtains with japanese characters on them, creating a really special vibe. All the food was really good, totally worth it being on the expensive side. Have to mention the beef gyoza and the chicken cutlet, those 2 appetizers really stood out. Both were probably the best I've ever had, and their respective sauces made them even better. The staff was incredibly polite. This place is the best japanese restaurant I've ever been to, its wild that it exists where it is. Who woulda thought?
Delicious sushi and sashimi. Lunch special includes lots of food. I couldn't personally finish it all. Staff are friendly and Saki is warm which I love. Only reason for a 4 star versus a five star is its deceiving for people who want fine dining. Although claims to be fine dining it's more casual which is perfectly acceptable. I really quite enjoyed the environment and the quality of food , price and customer service. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend but if your your looking for fine dining, this is not. ... Still lovely and I'm sure you will enjoy
Food was delicious, service was prompt and friendly. Comfy and relaxed vibe. Great place if you love Sushi!
