It’s not often that I can say I’ve had a pleasant experience at a registry. Though, today I interacted with Melissa who was wonderful to chat with and made my registration renewal and paying some tickets pretty effortless. I’ve been at this location before and everyone I have dealt with in the past has also overall been great. I’m sure this job can be stressful at times, yet Melissa especially had this air about her, this kindness that is hard to come by. I wanted to take a moment to say thanks for being great at your job. It’s not often that people are recognized for their efforts and she really was great from start to finish.
The staff at this place is racist and very rude. I went there to get renewal my license plate and wanted to swap plate number. I explain her very politely and showed her picture of license plate what I want for renewal vehicle. The lady ended up doing wrong and when I explain her she got so upset. Instead of taking responsibility of her mistake she started yelling at me and start making comments about my accent and told my to give her in writing what I want very rudely disrespecting me in front of other customer. I can speak english fine never had issue because at every place people treat other person from different culture or values with respect but here she was very racist and I had to face discrimination . Other caucasian man was also supporting her while she was disrespecting me. I ended up complaining to AARA Alberta and got call from owner but I was busy . I tried calling Dan the owner back but then he was busy . Never heard back from him. I am ending up putting review because they don't care so avoid this registery at any cost . I am planning to take action and filing complaint with Human rights commission about discrimination happened with me . If any one had same experience about discrimination and racism please comment or I will put link here but please avoid this place at any cost they are very rude and read other reviews about this place u find out I am not alone here experience discrimination many other people had same experience.nnhttps://albertahumanrights.ab.ca/complaints/making-a-complaint/
Terrible experience of road test. The examiner 14084 lady definitely could not control her temper. She was rude and impatient. She yelled at me when she didn’t give a clear instruction. The exam day was a sunny day with warm weather. Unfortunately, she found an icy place to test parallel parking on purpose. Never try to take your road test at here. It’s a trap because the examiner would fail you on purpose.
This place is so wonderful. I worked with a teller named Vivienne and she was so helpful and so kind I arrived later due to work and she helped me with my inquiry no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this registry above all else.
