In Kind Bakery

They offer 4 vegan raw Belgium cake pieces. I tried the chocolate caramel and the mango lime. They were both superb. They are flown in from Belgium. Also got a mocha with oat milk. It would be nice to have a few more vegan offerings, but I would get the Belgium cake again! Excellent customer service.

The owners make their bakery dream come into reality. They are so serious about baking. Every single pastry is so delicious. Strawberry bite and almond croissant are unbelievable. They also have weekly specials to try creative treats. My favorite bakery store now.

The owners are SO nice. I purchased a variety of goods including a personal peach blueberry cobbler, cinnamon roll, kind cake, ice cream sandwich, cake pop, cupcake, a cannoli and a caramel latte from this bakery. Everything was amazing. This is the first cannoli in the greater lansing area that I've enjoyed that has had a proper ricotta filling. I definitely recommend them and will be returning.

I stopped by for the pop-up restaurant, That New Place by Ugly Pi. I had the root vegetable waffle topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. It was delicious! They serve an eclectic assortment of dishes. It was hard to pick just one. The In KinD bakery is only open a few days each week, but the wait is worth. The chocolate chip sandwich cookie is so good.

Love this bakery- both the food and the people that run it are exceptional! They made the desserts for my baby shower that was Twinkle Twinkle Star themed- they came out so beautiful and delicious! We had many compliments

Tried Raspberry, Cookies, and Musse Cake this morning. They are so SOOOOOOOOOO good! Very nice interior and artwork. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend!! Definitely a must visit.

Amazing everything!!! Staff, sweet treats, homemade chocolate! They have chocolate croissants that are to die for and always something new, guaranteed to be delicious! I especially recommend the strawberry turnover! Oh, and they support other small businesses too! There are folks that make sourdough bread that is sold through this bakery too!

Such a lovely treat to find wonderful people baking delicious foods while also committing to making their community stronger.

We ordered the cinnamon rolls for Mother’s Day. Since we had to get them Friday, my husband picked them up unbaked and we baked them for our brunch. I have never had a more delicious cinnamon roll...and tons of icing too. Lots of other places skimp on the icing, but not here. So glad we ordered from here and will definitely do it again!

InKind is amazing. They have a large variety of things, and everything that we have had there is exceptional. In addition, it is so clear that they really love their bakery and products. They were wonderful and patient with my kiddo. Very highly recommended!
