Best customer service bar none! The staff is always helpful! I had scratches on my glasses and 2 broken pair, Ed Wall the owner, repaired them all no charge! Can’t say enough good things about In focus!
I was visiting from away when my glasses broke and I had no idea where to take them to be fixed. I found this store online and it was amazing. They fixed my glasses while I waited and didn't charge me. Super friendly. Highly recommend them for any optical needs.
Great service. They fixed two pairs of glasses that other shops weren’t able to repair.
Very professional and friendly staff. I found their prices very competitive. In fact lower than I expected. I would highly recommend In Focus Optical .
