Martha and her staff have been great. I think I first met Martha when I started high school (possibly before) in the early 2000's. Great products that haven't died quickly. They have always made great arrangements and worked with me (us). In Bloom did the flowers for my wedding, as well as every other occasion I have needed flowers. In some cases, that means 2 hours of driving to get to their shop because I know I can depend on them and rely on the products they make/sell. I have never been disappointed, not once, not even a little.

Amazing! Very accommodating, and impeccable service. I live in Toronto and was trying to send flowers to a love one in Kingston. After calling 8 different florist in Kingston, who all could not take debit visa or paypal online or over the phone, In Bloom was able to send flowers via e-transfer. The flowers were stunning and delivered within 2.5 hours of making the order! I will be back and recommend In Bloom to everyone!

I usually drop $75 in this store for my wife's birthday and about $500 for flowers for work functions. I'll be changing this practice after an experience I had there Monday 8 Sept. They advertise that they sell city of Kingston garbage tickets. You can only buy them in strips of 4 and pay cash..I only needed two and only had $4 - which is no problem. The problem was, the absolute disdain the lady at the desk had while informing me of this. Sorry I had my gym gear on and looked..umm ..poor, I guess. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Customer service training is required. It's a flower shop in a plaza, don't let your staff get elitist.
