I rated at 3 due to the long wait to get out food after ordering, likely because it is small, made to order, still time your visit appropriately. The food is good, we have been a few times and ordered a variety each time, kalua pulled pork sandwich was yummy, not a huge fam of the pineapple slaw I am not a cilantro person, hula chicken good, teriyaki beef good, Loco moco good, kalua pork poutine good, offer beer and wine and shaved ice.
Order the Teri Burger, with the fried egg on top! YUM! It's messy, but gosh it's worth it. Best lunch I've had in a long time! I'll be back.

The volcano fries are sooooo delicious, we always get them when we eat at Imua. Today we also tried the Kalua Pork Sandwich, it was also excellent! Service was very friendly and fast. If you ever need shaved ice they have it here and you can add ice cream and sweet cream toppings if you want.

This was a nice lunch stop downtown Lewiston, ID. Parking is a bit difficult . The appearance is bright and friendly, custom service was decent, the menu was substantial, and the service was a bit slow. The quality and quantity of food was excellent. The price was a bit high. Kid-friendliness: A couple of children enjoyed their lunch while we were there. Dietary restrictions: Low carb options are few but good and helpful for diabetics. Diet cola is available, too.
They were literally closing in 7 minutes and still let us order and sit and enjoy our meal. The meal was spectacular. Great flavors, friendly family atmosphere. Fair prices.
If you have not experienced a plate of poke nachos from Imua you are missing out. If they have them on special don’t miss it. If you happen to be there not on a poke nachos day, the poke bowl is a great choice followed closely by the wonderful Katsu chicken. Definitely recommend this place!
Excellent food, super friendly staff and a very well decorated and clean restaurant! I'd highly recommend going! We'll be back soon!
