Impressions

Food was good, the service was good other than the manager who was a bit rough. The venue is in a prime spot though and the patio is huge so there's lots of seats outdoors.

1. We waited too long before receiving our food like 40 to 45 minutes 2. hair found in the plate 3. Not tasty at all 4. Overpriced!

Food was ordinary, no complain. But the owner has a horrible attitude. My 4 year old son was standing infront of a window and was pushing the soft shades aside to be able to look outside. All of a sudden the owner knoked heavily from the other side of the window and jumped inside shouting that tell your son not to touch the shades, they are expensive! And he left!!!! No friendly demand nothing. It was first time we were treated like that in a restaurant. We will never go there again.

Horrible. Food was bad and we found a hair in our food and was accused of putting the hair ourselves. Asked to speak with manager and he got in my face refusing to speak to me in English and insisted we put our hair in the food purposely. Was very rude and disrespectful. Don't waste your time and money. If I could give zero stars I would . 100 thumbs down . NEVER AGAIN! And yes I do speak French , the point is a professional business man should not refuse to speak to a paying customer in their preferred language !

A must go........ If you feel like waiting over an hour for mussels that taste like a sand box. The sand is free at the park. Definitely overpriced.

We tried this place about 5 year ago on a long weekend when Terrebonne was activities and "ghostly haunted" historical stories to tell. The ambiance and atmosphere is nice and the menu has a wide range of diner type of foods. They also have a great choice of beverages. They sre friendly and respectful with most of their customer it was wasnt so for me. I would have rated this restaurant 4 stars if it wasn't the hostile service I was offered by their very young waiter who clearly mocked me after I pointed out that my glass of aperitif was stained. His response to me was that they had been washed precious, and he walked away. He then ignored me everytime he came by the table but addressed everyone else, my bf and 2 other friends. When I woukd inquire or ask for something, i was spoken to like a child as if i did not understand french I spoke perfect friench. It wasn't busy at all that night and i could see him in plain sight by the bar with another waiter looking at our table and laughing. I clearly was the only non Caucasian person in the establishment. My bf told me to let it go so I did. But recently some friends of mine had a similar experience but this time with the manager. He kept insisting they speak French only and yelled at them to leave and never come back because they pointed out a hair in their child's pasta... I've worked as a bartender and waitress, have even managed in a few different establishments ans never did we allow such treatment. The manager i think it was even insulted us on their Facebook page and threatened us if we did not remove our negative reviews. I will never set foot there again. They never apologized.

Food is not fresh salad is completely dehydrated Service was ordinary and waitress was not happy with a 10% tips, she insisted to get a 15% tips

Very bad service, had bring family on sunday 1 pm, after order sitting 20 minutes no water no any food bring, asked water then bring water another 10 minutes only thing they bring is coffee..... Terrible service.

Awesome place, awesome fresh food, awesome staff, will definitely come back
