This repair shop is for people who know nothing about cars and for those who know all about cars. There are two honest hardworking guys who really impress me each and every time we have a problem that we cannot fix. And believe me, I can fix a lot of things on a car! They are not cheap, but they are honest, and very little escapes them when it comes to fixing some of the knotty problems that come up in today's complex computer controlled vehicles. If someone gave them a bad review, it might be because cars today are complex, and even the best repairmen need a second day to really get down to what the issue might be with a particular repair. In many peoples busy lives, this would be unacceptable, but it happens even at really big and impersonal shops as well. Phil has been doing repairs for me for many years. Nice guy.

Been taking my car(s) here for 2 plus years - Audi, F150 and Lexus. Great service and very responsive.

These guys are absolute scumbags. Went to get my oil changed and they somehow messed up my parking brake to be constantly engaged. Two months later I'm having to replace a broken variable timing solenoid in my engine because it turns it they never put any oil in and just reset the timer... (No doubt hoping to make another quick buck off me when having to bring it back in to be repaired for an issue they caused). They do more harm than good, cannot be trusted at all!

No matter what the issue with any car, Phil and John always find the right repair the first time. Always on time and usually under budget. If there is an issue that needs more time we get a phone call with an easy to understand, clear explanation and estimate of cost involved. We worked with them in Concord at the Chrysler shop and we followed them to Central St. Acton. No one comes close to their ability and honesty.
