This U.S.-based company is arrogant to deal with and rude to their clients. The have taken over many parking lots in Ottawa that were previously managed by less crude people. Be very, very careful if you sign a monthly parking agreement with them, as it does not explicitly guarantee they will have a spot for you. So if the parking lot is full, to bad so sad, we've got your money already. They oversell monthly parking passes and they do not restrict daily parkers to ensure that they can provide service to those who have already paid them in advance for a parking spot. If you happen to forget your parking pass, even just one day, they will show no leniency whatsoever, nor will they refund you the daily parking amount that they force you to pay.
