Parking was inexpensive and an okay location for where I wanted to go. Giving this a two star rating because they sent me a letter that said I had not paid, even though I did. Said they were going to send my bill to collections if I didn't pay up. Called to dispute it and they told me not to worry about it. It was an accident but didn't offer me an apology or a reason as to why the letter was sent in the first place. Use this parking lot with caution I'd say.

Solved my problem of getting an inexpensive parking in Downtown Toronto. The parking itself needs cleaning and upgrades but its good enough for what i had in mind.

While the monthly rate for parking is at market, the status of the facilities is below average. Cleaning is done annually but only on the flooring surface. Air exchangers are clogged, walls are leaking and there is a resident raccoon or raccoons that often eat on top of people's cars. If I wasn't a resident, I'd be parking elsewhere.
