The reception's team alwayskind kind and making me feel welcome but this time unfortunately the person who is in middle today was tuff and speaking just French even I talked to her in English!!!!

They cancelled my appointment the time i was at the centre. So disappointed waited for 2 months and cancelled my kids classes and they give next appointment after 15days.nHad to drive 1 hour, complete waste of time. They said the person who had to come in was off, they should have at least called prior to inform the cancellation.

Terrible service, I called regarding my father’s appointment after asking for the date of birth, medical card number, phone number, she responded by saying that she can’t give out other people’s information, fair but WHY WOULD YOU ASK ME FOR ALL THAT INFORMATION, mind you I had to wait 30 minutes, waste of time
