Fast and friendly service. Was in and out within 15 mins. And I didn't have an appointment nThx you.
Over the past years, I have been 'treated' at Imagix in Granby and a coupled of times in Brossard. I have nothing but good things to say about both locations. In Granby, Dr. Couture has given my past couple of cortisone infiltrations. She has been very patient in answering my questions and explaining each thing that she was doing. Not all doctors think or have the time to do this. The technicians and staff at the front are also super. I am not totally bilingual but have never encountered a problem with understanding the differences in our languages. I am very happy that I have these facilities to help me. I wish all of you good luck. Thank you.
Really nice staff, friendly. Bilingual. Technician for my bone density test was awesome. Explained everything.
At the reception, they immediately saw that I was an English speaking person and asked me if I preferred to have the documentation in English. Being perfectly bilingual, that was not necessary for me. And was also a great opportunity to practice my French. All in all, it was a rapid experience. I was in and out in less than half an hour.
I was able to get a ‘same day’ radiology appointment for 18h05. They recommend arriving 20 minutes ahead of time, which I did. I was processed and had the ‘pictures’ taken in no time. I was already on my way home by 18h11 !
