Can never reach anyone on the phone and did not send my X-ray results to my doctor. Useless.

You gave me an appointment at 830am and asked that I be at least 15min early. The radiology doesn't open until 930am on Fridays. How are u able to give me an appointment at that time in that case. Shame on u for being so disorganized and wasting sick people's time. We pay in order to get service if I wanted to be treated this way I would not opt for private care.
