After tickets, and popcorn and pop and candy to be charged $5 for a cup of water for a 6 year old??? Haha.nnThen to give a six year old a cup of water, filled to the brim, no ice AND NO LID?nnTell me you don’t care about customer service without telling me you don’t care.nnFrom other reviews I’m reading, it seems hard to find good help these days.nnMaybe hire adults instead of kids and results will improve.
5 stars for most comfortable seating, clean in the theatre and washrooms. More food selections would be nice, but they have the basics.
Seats have been updated in all the auditoriums which is nice. No need to worry about only getting comfy seats in the bigger rooms. There is no more box office to purchase tickets. You'll need to use the self-serve kiosks or go to the concession counter to buy tickets if you prefer that human interaction.
Smaller than the average cinema but still had nice reclining chairs when I checked out Rambo. Was an older movie so lots of seats available. Temperature was good but a little chilly. Tuesday movies with reclining seats was only $9 which is pretty cheap. Front staff is friendly but only one person working. Might be faster to use the machine or purchase online. Overall no problems.
Comfortable seating and friendly staff, it would be very nice if they can put some bollywood Indian movie shows. This would benefit so many Indians living in Timmins and will prevent them going to Sudbury to watch such movies. I would give them 5 stars only if they can bring some Hindi bollywood movies at this location.
