Saba was so helpful with the photos I needed printed, she made it clear what she was able to do. I really appreciated her excellent customer service skills and timely delivery of my photos. Will definitely be using her services again in the future. Thank you Saba!
Really poor customer service. They act like they don’t really need business and are doing us a favour by clicking a picture. The place shuts at hours of choice, so kindly donot follow the timings shown online. Also their prices are really high. Not recommended at all.
Total Waste of money! Our photo came out so bad, not fulfilling the requirements for the needed purpose. The lady who works there is completely unprofessional and has zero experience. Seems like sombody just hired a family member to run a family business.
Received pictures of quality which was not accepted. Explained the requirements and followed up by email to revise. Never heard a reply back. Avoid this place.
We took a passport picture and when we took home, it was smudged. When we went back and asked to ratake or reprint, the guy told the lady working there muslims never say thank you because my mom was wearing scarf. I amnot sure how does that have to do anything with reprinting a picture.
The lady who works there is super nice I needed a digital copy of my picture after she already printed it.. and she sent me that without charging me the extra buck .. I highly recommend their services Good customer service !! ^_^
The attendant had the worst attitude ever. I needed to get my headshot taken for work and didn’t even look at the guidelines I provided. Would never recommend nor come back.
HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD NOT GO BACK EVER.
My personal experience after visiting this establishment, was nothing short of praise for the owner/operator of this photo studio.They were welcoming and courteous. The process was smooth and the results were amazing. I have already recommended several of my friends and family members to visit this photo studio.Keep up the good work .
I had high hopes for this place, only to be met with a series of disappointing events. They delivered another man’s photograph and coerced me into paying for the product again upon pick up they lack proper accounting. A warm exterior doesn’t always come with quality service.
