IKEA is the perfect place for home inspiration, whether you’re moving into a new space or just updating a room. The store layout makes it easy to explore different setups, from kitchens and bedrooms to office spaces. I love how practical and stylish their furniture is, and the prices are usually reasonable for the quality. There’s also a great selection of home accessories, lighting, and storage solutions. The self-serve warehouse at the end makes it convenient to grab what you need, and the staff is usually helpful if you have questions. And of course, you can’t leave without grabbing something from the food court—those Swedish meatballs or cinnamon buns are always a nice treat!
The in-store pickup experience is un real !!!nI ordered something online that was available for in store pickup because I wanted to save time , no confirmation mail for pick up , in the receipt it says that it should be ready around 3 to 4pm for pick up but I should wait for pick up confirmation mail !!! But I didn’t receive any mail so I contacted customer service and they said it’s a system error and my order is ready for pick up , I drove 1h just for nothing because when I arrived at the pick up area it was closed!!!! I tried to talk to the employee in the store and all they say is “there’s nothing they can do I have to contact customer service” meanwhile customer service is telling me that my order is ready for pick up !!! But I still got no confirmation mail and the pick up spot is still closed !!!!
One of the cleaner Ikeas I have been in. Great food and polite staff. They had everything we needed in stock and the parking lot had a lot of available parking.
Great store of course but either ordering in advance online for a large item or waiting for it after an in-store purchase is a nightmare.nnSLOW!!!! And the little screen that says 7 minutes…ya, well we’re hitting hospital emergency time frames.
Put check out directive on all the main floor signs. Three days before Xmas ... 30+ self checkout positions ... Only 4 open. Blue fibreglass rods to keep you from opening your rear doors in the parking lot
