One of the cleaner Ikeas I have been in. Great food and polite staff. They had everything we needed in stock and the parking lot had a lot of available parking.

IKEA has arrived and this is a fresh new revitalization of the furnishings choice for Quebec. You have a great variety of products for your home. A multitude of presentations and agencements possible for you to explore with the exposition center. An app that needs work but aims you to have a quick and easy experience when you can directly know where to go to get your item and be on your way. Still a bit long and labyrinth-like but if you take your time it’s worth it. Plus a restaurant or snack to have a bite before or after your shopping experience. A must see to help you, with great prices by the way whether quality wise or budget wise, change your scenery for your home...
IKEA's entrance into Quebec brings a breath of fresh air to our furniture landscape. The vast array of products and the exposition center offer numerous possibilities for home enthusiasts to gather inspiration. However, my experience was slightly marred by a noticeable lack of service on the floor. On several occasions, I found myself searching for assistance or someone to answer queries, which took away from the overall smooth shopping journey I had anticipated. While the app intends to streamline the store experience, in-store support remains vital for many customers. On the plus side, the restaurant and snack bar are great additions, making it a decent place to shop and grab a bite. While I appreciate the quality and pricing, I do hope they ramp up their in-store service in the future.
