On a visit from California to see mom, came here to have some family lunch on Half-Price Thursday at the IKEA cafeteria. There were Swedish Cod Meatballs, Chicken Meatballs, etc for about $5.00 50% off, and coffees are unlimited refills.nSeatings were plenty, but window seats are scarce - as people prefer to sit near the windows, because the interior seating areas are a little dark & gloom.nnIn all, I got to enjoy Swedish lunch with my family at very affordable prices, I am all for it!
Hey, I went to get some pillows for back sleepers and asked the customer service worker for help. They were super helpful, showed me where the pillows were, and explained the prices from cheapest to most expensive. The same person came back later and asked if I found what I was looking for. I said yes, thanked them, and went to pay. The cashier was also really helpful because it was my first time using a gift card and she took the time to enter the numbers for me and make sure everything was good. Big thanks to everyone who helped me out when I was shopping the other day!
Love the atmosphere, cutest stuffed toys, good inspiration for furniture design and room decoration, and good food at the upstairs restaurant. I recommend the mac & cheese and the macaroni salad as side. It is very affordable and worth the money. The tables on the side of the window have amazing sunlight. Will definitely come back.
It's Ikea, practical, quite a bit of inginious cost cutting, decent lunch food - dining area is getting a little less clean trough the years it seems. Some furniture lasts a decade, and other decays within a year.
Terrible customer service. I bought 2 Arstid floor lamps and after 9 months one just stopped working. The string to turn the light on and off just no longer clicked. Clearly a defect so I brought the lamp back and was told there is nothing they can do. A 70$ lamp should last longer than 9 months in my opinion and for such a big company, they should stand behind their products. I even asked if I can buy a new part instead of throwing out a big lamp but the answer was no. Super disappointed in their product exchange and return policy.
