yuck! if I could review without any stars I would on this place. it took 40mins to get microwaved cheese on top of my omelet, burnt waffles and chicken strips. Our food sat..... somwhere so long, the butter didn't even melt The bathrooms look like they haven't been fully cleaned in months, trash over flowing and all over the floor. Gross things on the sink knobs and door handles ! Only thing good was the server, she tried. I do NOT recommend!!
Horrendous experience.They wouldnt let place a phone ordercouldnt order chicken tenders onlinemanager said they were short staffed .I ordered online for curbside pickup,when I arrived I called multiple times they didnt answer the phones.So I had to go inside,At this time there was literally a single customer at the restaurant.Waited 15 minutes for food to be ready after pickup time. Over easy eggs were overcooked.Chocolate pancakes were undercooked.Complete waste of time and money.
placed the order at 1:15, said it would be ready by 1:30, i got there at 1:35. i call to get my curbside order taken out to me and he tells me to come in because they have a ton of orders. i walk in, two servers, walk out of the bathroom, look at me, and walk away. The restaurant it’s not super busy, and there is only one order sitting where the pick up orders are by the back door. I stood by the back door and waited for five minutes. Many people passed by me, so I went to the front. It took another five minutes for someone to see me there. Keep in mind there are waitresses all around me in this moment. The waiter end up telling me that the order will be done by the back door, so I go stand back there again and wait 20 minutes. Another woman comes in and is waiting for her order as well. She gets her order before I do, I am still waiting. I hear what I assume to be the manager finally say something to the cooks, and they actually started my order at 1:45. I mean I work in food, so I understand when things are just wrong that day, and if that was the case, and I didn’t realize it, then that’s different. What i was seeing then, was laziness honestly. good food though, even though they got my order wrong :
I placed an order using the mobile App for Curbside Pickup. When I arrived I tried calling 4 times. Each time the phone rang for extended periods of time, but the calls were never answered. I finally went inside and discovered my order was still at the front counter, even though the App indicate my order was ready. It took 1 hr for me to finally get my order. Apparently one of the waitresses orders were repeatedly not being properly prepared by the kitchen staff. There was a lot of arguing and items were thrown around. As the waitress was leaving the restaurant, one of the other waitresses made a cynical remark to her. It was apparent the wait-staff were overworked and the atmosphere was very toxic. 1 Item from my order was missing, which has happened before. Unfortunately, I may not be able to continue supporting this restaurant until management issues are addressed. Sept 3, 2022
Good service. The waitress was super nice when we pointed out the hair in our food. We were so distracted by it, that we didn't realize she brought the wrong order from the kitchen to begin with. Everything was corrected quickly and quietly and we were able to enjoy our meal.
When you order curbside pickup, it tells you what time to be there. I got there and called the number and they let it continuously ring so I walked in and told them i was here and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I asked for updates 3 times and was told they would check for me each time and I heard nothing back. Finally, I got the order in a tied-up bag and went home only to find that they were missing two of my items. I ordered three different things. I call to tell them and go get the rest of my order. I get home AGAIN only to find they didn't give me any syrup. Don't waste your time. They don't care.
We brought our 1 year old here thinking it would be a nice lunch for us. We were wrong. We waited 15 minutes to be seated which we were 100% understanding of being that it was a Saturday on Labor Day weekend. We were seated and waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. Then we sat there for another 20 mins before we got our drinks. Then another 30 went went by without our food. We finally said forget it and got up to pay for our drinks and leave, since our 1 year old was beginning to have a meltdown having waited over an hour past lunch time. The waitress said the food was ready and that she would put it in to-go containers. I said okay and she brought it out very quickly, I paid and we left. I started feeding my daughter in the car only to realize 2 things: 1 the food was cold and eggs were crusty on top indicating they had sat out for a very long time, and 2 there was a hair in the food which was like adding insult to injury. I can’t believe they still charged me full price for this! I probably won’t be going back here or to any ihop again.
We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. This was fine, a lot of people were waiting. We steadily kept seeing people before us leave without eating and thought that was odd. After 40 minutes we asked and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. We asked if that was on top of the 40 we already waited. They said yes at least since they're not even seating people. I wish they would have been up front in the beginning instead of keeping people waiting knowing they weren't going to serve us. And the staff was just walking around with no sense of urgency or care
I can’t say if food was good or not because we sat there while 2 different waitresses walked by and never said hi or brought us menus or acknowledged our existence though it wasn’t busy. One stood at counter counting her tips and the other went to back room and never came out so we left. I would want customers so I could get more tips but that’s just me. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Can only imagine how slow food woulda been coming out if we ever got to actually order.
We were met at the door by a woman who told us we picked a bad to be to come because they didn't have much staff! I've been there in the past and it was good. This time it was not. If you can't properly staff the place and serve good food, you should close.Food: 2/5
