Excellent food. Excellent Service. If you eat Halal, ask for Halal menu. Definitely try the biscuits!nnBuild Your Own Egg was perfectly cooked and tasted great with evenly buttered warm toasts.nnFrench Toasts came in hot. And were very tasty with the pecan butter syrup.nnService was fast & multiple people ensured that we ordered, got our food & greeted on in/out.nnHighly recommended. We are definitely going again to try other breakfast items.
Went on a Sunday after lunch time. Told the front desk, a table for 2, waited almost 10min , had to ask her, someone's bringing us to a table right?? There were empty tables, tables that's weren't cleared.nnSat down, the booth and place smelled dirty. Sticky syrup on the feature menus, where the syrups where placed.nnLooked across to the other booths, garbage on the floors, not swept.nnService was slow. Other tables were also waiting.nnOrdered the strawberry pancakes. It tasted okay, but the dirty smell of the place just wasn't a good eating environment.nnPrices are what you see in the menu, worth $17 for pancakes is up to you.
We have been to IHOP in Dubai many times. Breakfast options, and the food was really good. This was our first time at IHOP brampton. We ordered Breakfast sampler, Meaty and cheesy omelette, and Chocolate Chocolate chip pancakes. The food was good and there are many options too. The staff was really nice. However, I feel this place is understaffed, due to which customers and staff both are getting affected. Management should take care of this because of them everyone is having unpleasant experience, which can be avoided. We waited for almost 20 minutes to place our order, and we got our food after 45 minutes. I could see another customer getting angry at staff as he had to wait for 20 mins to pay the bill. Honestly, it's not the staffs fault. It's the management.
I tried IHOP for the first time at this location, and the food was good. I had the Colorado omelette, with the cinnamon pancakes, and coffee. They were all decent, and the waitress was amazing. Her name was Celine, and she definitely deserved a tip.nnThe only downside that I have to this place, is that one of the employees there smelled so bad, that I can literally smell the body odor coming around from her. I won’t go into too much detail, but it was one of the waitress’s over there. She had no name tag btw. I was halfway through my omelette, and I lost my appetite that I had to ask for a couple of takeout boxes to go. Not having proper hygiene in a food establishment is completely disgusting, and it’s unacceptable. It’s literally not hard at all to put on deodorant, and to just take care of your personal hygiene overall.nnOverall, i would recommend to just order takeout, and to not bother dining in there. I’m personally not gonna dine in there anymore.nn5 stars for Celine, 4 stars for the food, and 3 stars for the atmosphere.
Had to wait a while to place our orders but the food matched the pictures and tasted really good!nnWe tried a bunch of different pancakes, the split decision breakfast, the chicken fajita, a vegan burger, cinnamon crepes, coffee and hot chocolate. Just have pictures of my order. :
