About Us & What We Do

We are a group of highly motivated Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Specialists who work together to provide an integrative, innovative and individualized patient centred health care services.

Our services include Family Medicine, Primary Dermatology, MSK Medicine (Chronic Pain Management) and Trave l& Preventative Medicine.

We are open 6 days a week, providing our patients with extended hours of operation.

We are accepting new patients. You can schedule your first "Meet & Greet" appointment with us using our website "iHealthMD" or simply call our office.

Wow, where do I begin. I have never seen a more disorganized/dysfunctional doctors office in my life. Got a referral to this place in June. Doctor recommended a skin biopsy. Had it done almost a month ago. I still don't know what the results are because they won't email me them and I can't make another appointment because they said I missed the one I had on Monday, which is not true. I answered the phone but for some reason went to my voicemail. I explained this to two different receptionists. Now they're trying to charge me 60 bucks for that appointment. Unreal. I had a phone appointment last week and the doctor didn't even know why he was calling me. Told me he would just call when he actually had my results but never did. Absolute insanity. Trying to get through to reception is a pain also. The phone just rings and rings and rings. Ever here of a Voicemail? Anyway, I truly feel sorry for people with chronic health issues having to go there on a regular basis. I know our healthcare system is broken but this is totally unacceptable.
Not interested in healthcare, just interested in fleecing clients. I booked an appointment with a Dr, who was very thorough. At a return visit to discuss some lab results he recommended a prescription that had some side effects. I said I wanted to think about it and would then decide. He said that wasn't a problem, he would write the prescription and leave it with the front desk and I could pick it up if I decided to proceed with the treatment. I gave it some thought for a couple of days and then called in for the prescription. I was then told I had to book a phone appointment to get the prescription, which I did. A few months later I was sent a bill for the follow up call. To top it off, I wrote an email to complain about this extra charge a week ago, and haven't heard a peep.
Nearly impossible to reach by phone. Years ago, I submit online waitlist form for '1st available doctor' - NO Response. Finally I get doctor to agree to take me on through family contact. Clinic sends intake form. Unable to book, as my info has not been processed months later.
Really bad customer service, my wife goes there all the time and there is a huge miscommunication all the time. We have experienced this multiple times. Will be changing our family dr as soon as we find a replacement.
The doctor is very good clinically but the reception area needs more staff. Every time I call I sit on hold for 10 minutes or more. Sometimes then the phone will start ringing but still not be picked up for another 5 minutes. Other times it just disconnects. I have resorted to emailing them asking for them to call me rather than spend so long on hold and then get cut off. I know Family Practice doctors are facing huge challenges right now and I’m grateful to have one but it shouldn’t be this hard to get through to the reception staff just to make an appointment. Doing it through the website isn’t always possible as certain types of appointments can’t be booked online. Please hire and train more staff and update the automated greeting!
I love Dr. Oveisi, but this clinic has turned into the most unhelpful office. I switched doctors because I could never get an appointment with my previous doctor. I have to wait a week for a 2 min phone call appointment for a prescription renewal. They send an email explaining they will call back once if you don’t answer the first time. I wait half an hour from the time of my appointment to finally use the bathroom, the call comes then, i panic but miss it. An hour later the office calls and says too bad, he can’t call u again, you’ll have to wait 4 days now for this 2 minute appointment. Zero regard for anyone, this is not the clinic it once was. If it weren’t for the fact that Dr. Oveysi is a literal angel on earth and I would walk through fire to remain his patient, I’d be searching for a new clinic.
It's been a month since I broke my back vertebrae, but no treatment has been done for me, and the time to visit my family doctor is very long. I endure a lot of pain every day!!
While I love my GP Dr. Fadeyeva, as well as the other doctors that I have seen in this office, I am consistently frustrated and disappointed in the handling of the front desk. The receptionists not only are often quite rude, they have screwed up appointments and follow-ups for myself and my family almost every time we come in. Please work on the front desk service; going to the doctor can be stressful enough for many as it is, let alone dealing with things that should have been handled before we even came into the office.
Me and my wife have been assisted by the clinic since 2019 and nothing negative to say about them. Dr. Olveisi is always great with us and a knowledgeable professional.
My husband and I have been patients of Ihealth Medical Center for many years and have recently had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Jacob and the front desk staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Dr. Fadeyeva is always caring, thorough and never makes you feel as though there is a rush to see other patients. We would highly recommend her and the office.
