I have really been enjoying this IGA. It's nice and quiet and not busy. The cheese buns and cupcakes made by the bakery were delicious and the ribs in the deli were absolutely amazing, my husband loved them. They have a good selection and variety of products and carried some things I assumed a small local grocery store wouldn't like new product releases, dunkaroos etc the staff are all very friendly.

The prepared in store products have always been very good and fresh. Those cooked ribs are really so tasty.  The meats, fruits and vegetables have been very fresh and great quality so far.  Staff is friendly.  It would be nice to have some toys for bigger dogs. I've only ever seen tiny chew toys for very small dogs so far.  I just gotta watch to go when it's less busy, doesn't take many people to crowd the place especially if they have children. The parking can get overwhelmed fast too.

So I was actually on my way back from Camrose a few weeks ago and I thought I would quickly stop in the IGA in Tofield to quickly grab a few things for dinner on my way back to Sherwood Park. So as I am not familiar with the store I had to kind of search for things and I was actually about to ask for assistance when I came around a corner and saw a manager disciplining an employee in the middle of the aisle. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years as an employee, manager, trainer etc and never have I embarrassed an employee in this manner. I was actually about to step in and say something in defence of the employee but they saw me and waved their hand, so I assumed they were either used to this treatment or knew it would not do any good or they can’t afford to lose their job. Which I really hope it is not the last one, anyways I was so angry I just threw the few items I had already picked up on a shelf and walked out… I really don’t like to leave bad reviews about businesses, but I as a consumer and a person would never stand by and watch any person be treated that disrespectfully and I have should not have allowed the employee to wave me off… I just hope that this will spark the management to realize their employees are people too…

Although the people there are nice, it’s very expensive. The snow isn’t removed well enough. The store is missing a lot of unique items that you would find at other places. Not a lot of room for people to check out either.

This is our hometown grocery. We come in all the time and it's a great place to be. Friendly staff, clean store. Stock is sometimes low, its a small town, kind of comes with the territory.  The deli is fantastic, lots of options. Surprisingly large assortment of deserts, cheeses and the best ice cream section around! For some reason, my only complaint, is the milk does not last from here. This is most likely due to the distance it travels to get here. Enjoy!

The staff is friendly. The owners tend to raise prices every week. It's very expensive to shop there. Not impressed lately

Found salads with 2.00 off each salad, had one when I got home   still fresh.  Make sure you check,  they usually have good sales.  The food is so expensive now, it helps with looking for sales.

Amazing staff, also the store has lots of local products to choose from!

Stopped in here a few times while visiting my grandma and I had so much help it was great

For a small community, this grocery store is fantastic.
