Like most IGAs it is quite pricey but it is of very high quality. The bakery products are very good quality as well as being priced very fairly.
Best sushi with affordable price
Perfectly good grocery store. A little short on some items at the moment, but not that bad. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful.
Overall a very good store, staff work hard, store is well managed and kept clean and tidy. Customer service has been consistent for a few exceptions not worth mentioning. Prices generally higher than Super C a couple minutes away but I choose this store for all the reasons mentioned above which are better than its competitor.
Grateful for this service but it can be annoying to use. Takes items out of your cart because they are not available at your store, but doesn't tell which items it took out. So you still have to make a grocery list on your own and check off what does eventually end up in your order. But even then you might not get everything on your order.
Consistently the worst customer service in town, often rude cashiers and condescending and micromanaging grocery baggers. Truly a mystery why the majority of the staff never crack a smile and act like customers are an imposition, the newer staff are friendlier but damn, what a heavy atmosphere!
Very bad service. Got kicked out of the store because I had to keep 2 meters with my gf and my friends. I was told we each need a cart which is nonsense because we got there together so we obviously are closer than 2 m. The manager was rude and only let 1 person stay. I just find it pointless letting one person in, when other stores are letting 2 people in that are together. I understand that they care about the virus but I'm not gonna go in people's faces , I will keep my 2 m, buy why with my group of friends and especially my gf.
5:30pm on a Thursday night they have no BBQ chicken cooked and said that's it for the day. What an excuse said the boss didn't want to cook more but it's open till 10pm and most people are out on a Thursday not impressed if they could have 0 stars that's what I give this iga now honestly most people on a Thursday finish at 5 and come out shopping they need a new manager...
Expensive like alll IGA's
I don't care to shop in large grocery stores that are retail grocery store chains any longer. I will go to my Asian grocery stores or I will go to Costco. But sometimes you need stuff and you want to store you could rely on that's a main franchise store that's guaranteed with decent quality and decent services and IGA is a well-known, large grocery chain store that you can count on and is reliable. You can run in and get what you want and run out or you can spend hours walk on up and down the store shopping nice and slow. . I'm glad we have IGA aroundbecause sometimes like one of their competitors called the metro store, sometimes you want to have the other store and you want to have the standard stores that are a large grocery chain selling you standard stuff that you could find there.
