I just started going here and it’s the loveliest yoga studio. Always clean and welcoming, nice change rooms and showers, cozy lounge and good variety of classes. They have an easy app for booking classes and buying packages which is really convenient. There is also a cold plunge tub that I haven’t tried yet. If they ever decide to get a sauna I’ll basically move in.

There is such thoughts care put into this entire studio. I feel very lucky.
Really nice studio with great potential but it’s not as hot as the idolem studios in Montreal, the heaters are just regular floor radiators that are turned up instead of big overhead heaters. Also the layout the marks on the floor has people way too close together, almost too close for comfort.nnOther than that it was a very nice experience
Attention to details, is obviously their speciality, from the relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, tending to their clientele’s well-being with cool cloth on forehead after a good yoga session this one is my favorite to finish the yoga experience.
Love this place! The cold hand towel gently placed on our forehead is such a nice touch!
