Zero confidence level, would never trust them to give me the right part.Just got handed the wrong part, so when i take it back the whole staff condescends me and tells me they are still right, so i showed them the part was wrong and told them to google it, they still condescended me and told me not to ever come back. Oh yeah google it, 2003 Chevy Silverado daytime running lights are not the low beam or the high beam bulbs there is a separate bulb, which the employees of this store do not believe, so how would you ever get the right part from them.

They have go to be the rudest people I have ever met! I am a girl who doesn't know much about cars and they were very rude and not very helpful at all. I just wanted a headlight bulb for the new headlamps I bought which didn't come with the one bulb (outer bulb). I was asked if it was a high beam or a low beam...of which I am not sure (I know now it's the high beam)...so I said I don't know, it's the light on the outer side and she rudely said "that doesn't help me". I tried describing to her the side with the little case like thing the bulb sits in...and she again was very snarky and said I'd have to bring the old bulb in. I don't know if she even knows enough to have that job or she is just a nasty person in general. Very condescending towards customers...this is the second time I've been there and received the same treatment from 2 separate employees. I won't go back there for anything! I'd rather drive to Orangeville for my parts just so I don't have to give them my business. I have never seen such poor manners in a customer service job. Disgusting. If you go here..make sure you know EXACTLY what you need, as they won't be of any help. I'd rate a 0 if I could!!
