Idaho Falls Fit Body Boot Camp

Idaho Falls Boot Camp is amazing and has the best thing I have tried in regards to getting healthy. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight or attain a healthy lifestyle. Anna and the trainers are very knowledgeable and ready to help with any question or concern. This group has absolutely changed my life!!! Maia Bennett :-)

I have tried a lot of other diets and programs and have never been successful. I was tired of being over weight. I was ready to make a change. I love Idaho Falls Boot Camp. I've worked really hard and I met my goal and even lost more weight and inches than I had planned. I am doing things I have never been able to do in my life. I am 56 years old and I did it from home. You can too. You just have to follow the program and DO IT. Thank you Idaho Falls Boot Camp.

This is my second go round with boot camp because of the success I experienced in the past. The workouts are intense, but short and the intervals are designed to work and shape all parts of your body. It's not only fitness training but strength training, as well, and meal plans are included giving you the best opportunity for success. This is by far the only place I would invest in my body's fitness!

Anna is great. She is very supportive. Workouts at the studio are awesome. You have a coach to push you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and a group of people that are very supportive of each other. The meal plans are great and easy to follow.

What a awesome place for a positive start on your day! If you are wanting to grow stronger, lose weight and make friends while doing it, this is the place for you! Before long, you will be amazed at the things you can do that you couldn't do on day 1. The program comes with a great meal plan, positive encouragement, accountability and a great workout to help you meet your goals. Give it a chance, you won't regret a single second (well maybe for a brief second while doing mountain climbers..haha but the results are worth it! :)
