I have been going to Ida's for many years, and I've always been impressed with their donuts and cookies. They are always fresh and very delicious.

I left Jenison 15+ yrs ago. I loved Ida's products- but always dreaded going in there because she is so rude. Nothing has changed. Still great Dutch items, but damn, she is still awful to customers. She used to be nasty to my children, and now she's horrible to my grandchildren.
The store must exist on filling prepaid orders.
