ID Shop is amazing! They have an incredible selection of vinyl, and my order arrived super fast. Everything was packaged perfectly, so all my records showed up in great condition. I’m so glad I found so many albums to add to my collection. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
Called i.d shop before driving there25 minutes away to check if they had a vinyl record in stock. The young lady said she had it so i went on my merry way.nWhen i got there she did not know where to check for the vinyl, she checked 3 different section before finding it! meaning she never checked physically when i called, also gave me a whole lot of attitude. That's not the way to serve someone, ever! Her name i think was Sara, about 20 years old and wearing glasses. They just lost a customer! It's unfortunate because the owner is a nice man.
Blown away by the selection! That many CDs and records on one place is crazy! We were specifically looking for metal and they had a HUGE selection of metal CDs. We were just visiting to see a concert and were looking for CD stores and we were not at all disappointed. From now on, we will make a pilgrimage everytime we go to Montreal! Thanks for being an amazing business!!
I dropped off a large collection of vinyls to be evaluated and the priced. The gentleman I spoke with through email was kind courteous and very informative, and the stuff that greeted me up on my arrival was just the same. Great place to go for all of your vinyls,, CDs etc. Thank you very kindly guys and I hope my evaluation comes back bigger than I expected,,, if not,,, no big deal. Peace out and pay it forward.
Great store with an amazing selection of movies, CDs, vinyl albums etc. Always have received amazing service each time we go there, which is like a few times a month. So worth the trip!
