I WOULD GIVE THEM -5 STARTS IF I COULD. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ANY SELLER WHO USE ICS, JUST RIDICULOUS FOR THE PAST WEEK IT SHOWS THAT PACKAGE IS OUT FOR DELIVERY THEN THEY TAKE IT BACK TO WAREHOUSE. IT'S A MEMORIAL LANTERN I ORDERED ON ETSY FOR MY FRIEND WHO'S MOM DIED FEW DAYS BACK.
Drivers do a 180 at your door and communicating basic instructions to customer support regarding delivery takes over an hour with no results. Don't buy from companies that use this service.
If the store your buying from is using this courier just dont, youre gonna wait longer than it should. After a week their is still no news about my package. And now they told me that they never receive it wich isnt the case, so they lost 200$, thanks for that
If you're in business and need a reliable courier by your side, choose some other company! What you will save in shipping fee's using ICS does not make up for all your customers you will lose at the end!nJust my 2 cents from a business owner who has worked with them for over a year....
Everything bad about ics. Not purchasing anything from anybody delivering with ics courier. Left a sticker 2 days in a row in the door without ringing the bell. Their office for pickup is further away than the place they ship from. And closed, bad info on the website. Rude. Etc
