A company that doesn't care about reviews, shouldn't be used by ANYONE, how can you have 1.8 Stars and still be operational?? I was unfortunately on the receiving end of a purchase that used their service. They are absolutely horrible and truly don't care about the customer. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! 2 DAYS LATE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE PACKAGE IS...
Wow no words can describe how horrible this company is shipping and tracking is next level pathetic … says out for delivery 5 times then back to warehouse , yet when you call no one answers. They even pretend they pass but leave no sign or paper left on door , no notifications , no delivery hours , there is literally no way of tracking your package ….
If I could give it zero star, I would. It's been out for delivery since 7 days ago and still counting. I have paid for Express shipping and it was suppose to be deliver within 2 to 4 days. It was very fast reaching Ontario to Quebec the next day. However, it was been loaded onto the truck, and sort back to the warehouse and upload to the truck several times. They can not handle the backlog from this festival season.nCalled several times to their customer service and waited more than 20 minutes to 45 minutes. Called in different times of the days and still no answer. Also, no email replies on several attempts.nnIf the backlogs are too much to handle, please do not lied about the time frame for the Express Shipping. Hire more drivers to accommodate the backlog from Canada Post Strike.nnI will never used their service again. You lost me as a customer forever.nUse Uni Uni, they never lied about their delivery time frames.nnUpdate : They received the parcel on December 10,2024. Still no delivery and update as of December 23,2024.nnLooks like this customer will not get his present on time to give to his son this year.
The package itself could probably grow legs and walk faster to my destination. Awfully slow delivery. No reason why they are driving my mail around town for more than a week...
I have been waiting for a package that they picked up 7 days ago. I called them several times. This morning the agent told me that it was on their truck and being delivered TODAY. When it did not arrive by 5 pm I called again and this time another agent told me that it is IN TRANSIT and they do not have it yet. They are LIARS and the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not use ICS. I would give ZEROS if I could.
