Worst business I've ever delt with!!!  Tried to transfer a loan from my deceased brother and they wouldn't allow it.  Paid cash for the truck and waited over a month for the title to be sent.  Called today and they never sent it!  Their customer service it terrible, never returning phone calls until weeks later.  When we tried to purchase the truck in the beginning, it would take weeks to get any response and only one individual gal that could help us.

The staff has been so kind to me. They have the best customer service that I have seen from a company in a very long time. When I stop by one of the branches after a long day of work it is nice to encounter a joyful smile and respectful attitude.

They are charging a fee to make a payment on a car loan of $5. THEY SAY THEY HAVE THE LOWEST CAR LOAN RATES BUT THEY HIT YOU WITH EXTRA FEES THAT OVER THE LIFE OF THE LOAN SHOWS A MUCH HIGHER RATE

Absolutely by far the worst credit union! Worst customer service! People are so rude and do not care about their jobs. All they say is "Contact Icon," You are Icon!!! Ridiculous!!
